Fresh-water access along the docks for rinsing down and topping off tanks.
Fuel dock nearby
Gasoline and diesel at the fuel dock, a short trip from the slips — refuel without leaving the marina.
Parking and walkway access
Parking near the marina store with walkway access down to the docks. Bring a dock cart for gear runs.

Good to know before you apply
Insurance and registration
Plan to carry current liability insurance and keep your registration up to date. We'll ask for proof when a slip becomes a real possibility.
Seasonality
Late spring through early fall is our busiest stretch. If you're planning a summer arrival, get on the waitlist well in advance.
Boat dimensions matter
Length overall, beam, and shore-power requirement drive which slips could ever fit your boat. Accurate numbers on the form save everyone time.
Timing is flexible
Tell us whether you're looking now, this season, or open-ended. We can keep you in mind for the right match rather than a first-available slot.

Accurate boat dimensions (length overall and beam), boat type, engine or fuel type, shore-power requirement, slip preference, and your desired timing.
Do you have a slip available right now?
We don't publish current availability online. Joining the waitlist is the best way for our team to reach out if a potentially suitable slip becomes available.
How long is the waitlist?
We don't publicly share waitlist positions or the total number of people waiting.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee a slip?
No. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee a slip, rental rate, move-in date, or reservation.
Do I need insurance on my boat to keep it at the marina?
Slip holders are expected to carry current liability insurance and to provide proof on request. Bring your insurance and registration details when we contact you about a potential slip.
Can I keep a trailer at the marina?
Trailer parking depends on availability. Let us know on the waitlist form whether you need it — we'll factor that into any slip we consider for you.
What are the rental arrangements — annual, seasonal, monthly?
We consider annual, seasonal, and monthly arrangements depending on availability and the boat. Tell us your preference on the waitlist form.
When is the best time to be added to the waitlist?
Any time. Turnover happens year-round, and having accurate boat details on file well before you need a slip gives you the best odds of a good match.
